Import Zoom Cloud Recordings to OneStream

OneStream - Zoom Integration

The OneStream-Zoom integration allows you to import your Zoom Cloud Recordings to OneStream and live stream those recordings to multiple social media platforms simultaneously via OneStream.

Prerequisites

A paid Zoom Account

Access to Cloud Recording

OneStream Standard or Professional Subscription

Authorizing OneStream & Importing Recordings

Click on Upload button from the top right.



To proceed, click the Upload from cloud storage button in the pop-up window and select Zoom Recordings from the drop-down menu.



Sign in to your Zoom account.



Click on Authorize to allow access to cloud recordings.



Choose the corresponding Year and Month for the Zoom recording and click Apply.

Select the desired recording by checking the corresponding box, and then click Choose.



Click on Start Upload button to proceed with the uploading of your Zoom recording.



To upload another recording, click on the "Upload from device" or "Upload from cloud storage" button, depending on your preferred method.

To remove the selected recording, simply hover over the recording and click on the "Discard" option.

Uninstal

ling the OneStream Application

Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to Zoom App Marketplace

Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for OneStream app.

Click OneStream app

Click Uninstall

Recordings imported to OneStream will not be deleted.
