Supported Video Formats

OneStream supports the following 3 video formats:

mp4
mov
m4v

Converting video to correct formats

If your video is not one of the above formats, do not worry!

Here are two ways to convert your video to the correct format:

Use your video editing software. Open your video editing program, import the video, and render it into a supported format. A great free program that can do this is Handbrake. You can download and install it for free.

Use an online video converter. If you cannot use your video editor to convert the video, there are several online video converters that can achieve this for you. Zamzar is a great option.
