Additional Troubleshooting Steps
If updating your browser’s permissions doesn’t resolve the issue, try these steps:
Clear your cache and restart the browser. This will reset permissions, and you will be prompted to grant them again.
Restart your computer and try again.
Disable browser extensions (e.g., Adblock) and open OneStream Live Studio in incognito mode.
Try using a different browser.
For Mac users: Ensure your OS permissions allow camera access. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure your browser is listed and toggled on.
You can also check if the camera is accessed by this online camera testing tool or you can try it on another site like Google Meet.
