How to Set Up Your Custom Website Subdomain?

Setting up a custom website subdomain gives your online presence a polished, organized edge—making it easy to host blogs, stores, support hubs, and more, all seamlessly under one powerful main domain. To Set Up Your Custom Website Subdomain, follow these steps: Steps: - Sign in to your OneStream Live account. - Go to Custom Websites. Custom Website - Create a new website or click Edit to modify an existing website. image - Open the Access tab. - Click Get Started under Custom Website Subdomain. - Enter your Custom Domain (e.g., drizzlez.com). - Enter the Subdomain you want to use (e.g., help). SubDomain - Click Next. - On the Configure DNS screen, choose either Automatic or Manual setup. Configure DNS Manually - In the Configure DNS window, select the Manual tab. Custome Website - Manaul - Choose your DNS Provider (for example, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Namecheap). Custome Website - DNS Provider ::info:: Sign in to your domain provider, add the CNAME record provided by OneStream Live in DNS Management, save it, and return to OneStream Live to continue. ::info:: Note: The Host and Destination values shown in OneStream Live may differ depending on the subdomain you entered and your environment. Always use the values displayed in your account. - Select I have updated my DNS records. Custome Website - updated my DNS records - Click Done to complete the setup. Configure DNS Automatically Instead of creating DNS records manually, you can let Entri™ configure them for you. - Select the Automatic tab. - Click Configure with Entri™. Create a professional streaming page, customize your website for live or pre-recorded content, and start streaming in minutes, with no complex setup required. ::tabs:: ::tab: Web App:: To set up the Custom website, follow these steps: Access the New Custom Website: - On the OneStream Live dashboard, click Custom Websites from the left sidebar. Custom Website - Click New Website to create a new custom website. New Website Custom Website Preview - A website window will appear. - Enter a name for your custom website and click Save. - You can preview how the player will appear to your audience. Website UI Webpage Customization From the right-side panel, click Webpage to customize the appearance, content, player, chat, and access settings of your custom website. Player Style - Choose your preferred display theme (Dark or Light). - Choose your preferred Font family. Player Style Page Content - Enable the Logo option and upload your branding. - Add your company name. - Enable Social Links and enter your social media platform URLs. Page Content Player Options - Enable or disable player controls based on your streaming requirements, including the Play button, Volume control, Time/seek bar, and Size (fullscreen) controls. - Enable and upload a custom background image to appear behind your stream. or select one from the built-in library. Player Options Access Chat - Enable the Chat option to interact with your audience in real time. - Choose the option "Show chat" or "Show chat on page load".
