Adding a Custom Thumbnail on a Live Stream


  1. Go to the OneStream dashboard and select Pre-recorded Stream.



  1. Upload the video, scroll down and enter the stream details.



  1. In the destinations section, click on Select Thumbnail.



  1. Select a file from your gallery or set an image from the video as a thumbnail. The new custom thumbnail will replace the default thumbnail.


Maximum size allowed for thumbnail is 5 Mb.





Custom thumbnail works only with Facebook and YouTube. In the case of Facebook, it is only your event announcement thumbnail, not the final video thumbnail. In the case of YouTube, it will also be your video thumbnail.
