Troubleshoot Screensharing issues in Studio



Struggling to share your screen in a studio session? Let’s get it fixed in no time.

Check your operating system and browser

For Windows:

Make sure your browser is up to date and update it if needed.

Turn off ad blockers and any extensions that might disrupt your setup.

If the issue persists, try a different browser.

Google Chrome is the recommended choice for Studio.

For MAC:

Open System Settings and go to Privacy & Security.

Under the Privacy menu, select Screen & System Audio Recording.

Toggle on your browser (e.g., Chrome).

Restart your browser for the changes to take effect.


Check the window you are trying to share

If you're trying to share a specific application window and don't see it as an option, it might be because it's in full-screen mode.

To fix this, exit full screen and switch to Full Window or Windowed mode for smoother screen sharing.
