How to Share External Media in OneStream Live Studio?

Click the small arrow beside the Share button in the control panel section.

Click Screen from share media pop-up window.

Choose your desired screen sharing option and click Share button.

Screen sharing feature does not capture system audio.
Upload
A video or image can be uploaded from device storage and it saves in the studio share external media section. Image max file size = 5MB, max resolution = 1920 x 1080p, and allowed file format = JPG/PNG/JPEG. Video max file size = 20MB, max resolution = 1080p and allowed file format = MP4.
Click on Upload to choose the video/image file.

Choose your desired video/image file and click Open.

Click on uploaded file arrow to make it go live.

Disk
Disk shares and streams video file directly from the computer disk. Max resolution = 1920 x 1080p.
Click on Disk to choose the video file from your computer disk.

Choose your desired video/image file and click Open.

Once the stream shows up on the left sidebar in participants panel, click Add to stream.
