- Ensure the correct video and audio devices are selected in your encoder's settings.
- Set your audio to use the AAC codec at a frequency of 44.1 kHz. Avoid using 48 kHz, as it can cause sound issues on certain devices or services.
- If the issue persists on specific streaming services, verify that your audio settings comply with their requirements.
Conduct a Test Recording:
