If you want to record from an external camera and are not able to choose it in your browser you may need to disable your laptop's integrated camera

Press the Windows key + X, it will open a sidebar at the left of your screen (or simply search Device Manager in your Windows).

Select Device Manager from the list.



Click Cameras and then right click on the Integrated Camera.

Select Disable device.



Now when you choose record from camera in OneStream, system should automatically connect to your external camera.
