Troubleshooting Frame.io Version Migration:


For Frame.io v2:

  1. Click on Frame.io in the Import videos from cloud storage section.



  1. Click on Frame.io



  1. Using Frame.io v2 version (legacy connection) :


Your account is connected using an older authentication method. If no files or projects are showing, it could be because:


  1. Your account may have been migrated to Adobe before and this older version is no longer supported by Frame.io 4 v4.
  2. You don't have access to any Frame.io projects.
  3. Your token may be expired.

Troubleshooting


For Frame.io V4 :


  1. Click on Frame.io V4 in the Import videos from cloud storage section.



  1. Using Frame.io V4 (Adobe Id Login)




  1. Go to Frame.io account and click on profile.



  1. Click on settings.



  1. Use your Adobe account to sign in to Frame.io .



  1. To proceed, your Frame.io email must be the same as your Adobe email. Then click Continue.



  1. Type your Adobe password, then click Continue.



  1. Finally, link your Adobe ID with Frame.io.
