How to Troubleshoot Frame.io Version Migration?
Troubleshooting Frame.io Version Migration:
For Frame.io v2:
- Click on Frame.io in the Import videos from cloud storage section.

- Click on Frame.io

- Using Frame.io v2 version (legacy connection) :
Your account is connected using an older authentication method. If no files or projects are showing, it could be because:
- Your account may have been migrated to Adobe before and this older version is no longer supported by Frame.io 4 v4.
- You don't have access to any Frame.io projects.
- Your token may be expired.
Troubleshooting
For Frame.io V4 :
- Click on Frame.io V4 in the Import videos from cloud storage section.

- Using Frame.io V4 (Adobe Id Login)

- Go to Frame.io account and click on profile.

- Click on settings.

- Use your Adobe account to sign in to Frame.io .

- To proceed, your Frame.io email must be the same as your Adobe email. Then click Continue.

- Type your Adobe password, then click Continue.

- Finally, link your Adobe ID with Frame.io.
