How to Schedule a Stream for Later?

Scheduling a Pre-Recorded Stream for Later

1. From the main dashboard, click on Create Stream under Streams & Schedules. You can also click the Create Stream button on the top left.

2. Select Pre-recorded Stream from the pop-up window.

3. Select OneStream Storage if you want to go live using previously uploaded videos or recordings.

4. Hover over the video file to be uploaded and click on Select Video.

5. Complete the Stream Details section, choose the desired destinations, and personalize any preferred settings.

6. To schedule your stream for later, check the box for Schedule for later.

7. Set the date and time for the event and choose a time zone. If time zone is not selected, current time zone will be selected automatically.

8. Set any advanced scheduling if required. Check Advanced Scheduling Options for more details.

9. Click on Schedule Stream once you are all set.

Scheduling a real-time stream for later

1. You can go live in real-time using either Studio or an External RTMP source like OBS, Zoom, etc. Choose the preferred option.

2. Enter Stream Details and proceed by clicking on Next.

3. After customizing other desired settings, check the box for Schedule for later.

4. Set the date and time for the event and choose a time zone. If time zone is not selected, current time zone will be selected automatically.

5. Click on Schedule Stream to proceed with the real-time event scheduling.
