Pinning a Comment During Live Stream in OneStream Studio
OneStream studio chat is only available for Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch at this moment and the feature of pinning comments is available for Stream Chat. It is not available for Private Chat at the moment.
Click on the Chat button on the right slide-out sidebar while your OneStream Live Studio session is being live-streamed.
A chat box will open on the right side. To pin a comment, hover over the comment and click on the star.
The comment will be pinned and it can be seen in the Pinned section.
Removing a Pinned Comment During Live Stream in OneStream Studio
To remove a comment, hover over the comment and click on Star. The comment will be unpinned and removed.
Setting a Comment as a Banner During Live Stream in OneStream Studio
To set a comment as a Banner, hover over the comment and click on the Show.
The comment will be set as a banner on the stream.
Removing a Comment that is set as a Banner During Live Stream in OneStream Studio
To remove a comment, hover over the comment and click on Hide.
The comment will be removed.
