Live Streaming on ViewStub

To live stream videos to ViewStub via OneStream, you will need to create an Event on ViewStub and connect it using the stream key for your event.

Log in to ViewStub and click Create an Event.



Add Event Name and Event URL will be created automatically.



Now fill in the required fields like adding the Event Dates, a Thumbnail, Tags, Description etc., and then click on Publish to proceed.



After creating the event, click on Event Media from the left-sidebar.



Click on New Live Stream or Upload and add your media details. Remember to select Live Stream under Media Type, fill in the other required fields, and click on Add Media.





Once the live stream in the media playlist is set up, click on Setup Stream. It will take a few minutes to set up the stream server.



The Stream key and Stream URL will be generated. Copy the Stream Key. This Stream key and Stream URL will be used to configure ViewStub to OneStream.



On OneStream Homepage, under Social Platforms, click Add Social Platform and click ViewStub from the list of social account to connect.



Paste the Stream Key that was copied, select the ViewStub Server URL from the option provided and finally click on Connect button.



Now you can schedule a pre-recorded stream or go live in real-time using OneStream Studio or any External RTMP Source on this account.
