Facebook Page or Group not Listed

There are 2 likely reasons that no Facebook Group or Page is listed that can be connected to OneStream.

Admin or Editor Rights

Only Facebook pages or groups where you have Admin or Editor rights are displayed. If you do not have either of these roles, the page or group will not appear in your social accounts list to connect to OneStream. Ask that Page's or Group's admin to assign you the required roles.

Facebook Permissions

If you have proper Admin or Editor rights, but still you are not able to see your Facebook Groups or Pages, you will need to fix or reset your Facebook permissions.
