Re-authorizing OneStream with Facebook

Follow these steps if OneStream Live has lost access to few accounts and re-authorization is required.

1. On the home page of OneStream Live dashboard, click on three dots at bottom left corner to expand the left-hand sidebar.

2. Select Social Platforms.

3. Click on the Reconnect button in front of the social accounts.

4. Continue as the Facebook account which has the admin access to the respective social account(s).

5. Select the necessary pages and groups and click Next.

6. Don't modify any settings and click Done.

7. OneStream Live now have successfully reconnected to Facebook account, click Ok.

8. You will see a confirmation message informing Destination(s) reconnected successfully.
