How to Unblock Microphone and Camera in Your Browser?

Login to OneStream Live Studio

To join the live session, you must give OneStream Live access to your camera and microphone.

Google Chrome:

Click on the Camera icon on the address bar.

Select Always allows OneStream Live Studio to access your camera and microphone and click the Done button.

Reload the page for the changes to be applied.

Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the Camera icon on the address bar.

Click on the Blocked Temporarily button for both the microphone and camera.

Reload the page to apply the changes.

Click on the Allow button for both Camera and microphone.

Safari:

Click Safari from the top menu bar and select the Settings for studio.onestream.live option from the drop-down menu.

Choose Allow for camera and microphone.

Reload the page for the changes to be applied and click on the Allow button.

OneStream Live will be able to access your chosen camera and microphone.
