How to Pause a Subscription?

Pausing a Subscription

Subscription pause takes effect from the next billing date. If you want to put your subscription on hold with immediate effect, please contact us via our live chat.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

Click on the arrow and select Pause & cancel subscription.

Click on Pause Subscription

Choose a desired pause period for your subscription and click Pause Subscription.

Your subscription will be paused starting from the next billing period.

Note: The subscription plan can be paused for a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 90 days. You will be switched to the free plan during the pause phase of your subscription plan.

The pause effect is not valid for yearly subscriptions.
