Canceling a Subscription

Instead of cancelling, you can also pause your subscription. Subscription pause takes effect from the next billing date. If you want to put your subscription on hold with immediate effect, please contact us on our live chat.

Subscription can be cancelled at any time and you will not be charged after the current billing period ends.

Click on the avatar on the top right corner and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.



Click on the arrow and select Pause & cancel the subscription.



Click on Cancel Subscription.



Fill in the cancellation form and click the Cancel my subscription button.



Type CONFIRM in the text box and click Proceed with cancelation.



You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged. When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. Example: You subscribed to Standard plan on 10th June. You decided to cancel the subscription on 25th June. Your subscription will be canceled, but you can still use the Standard plan till 10th July.
