Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for any subscription.

We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

We only consider providing refunds in case the service fails to work for you because of problems at our end. To request for a refund you must send email to care@onestream.live with your customer ID and reason for refund. Every case will be handle separately and OneStream reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other considerations in select circumstances at its sole discretion. 

Please note that each case is unique and decision to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
