How Can I Downgrade an Existing Subscription?
Downgrading Your Subscription Plan
Method 1
On the top right, click on the existing subscription button and then click on Update Subscription from the drop-down.
Explore the available plans (Monthly & Yearly) here. Select the desired plan to downgrade to and click the Select button.
Confirm downgrade by clicking on Apply.
A pop-up will confirm the downgrade. Click on OK to continue using OneStream Live.
Method 2
Click on your profile avatar from the top right, then click on Account Settings.
Click on Billing & Subscription and then click on Change Subscription.
Explore the available plans (Monthly & Yearly) here. Select the desired plan to downgrade to and click the Select button.
Confirm downgrade by clicking on Apply.
A pop-up will confirm the downgrade. Click on OK to continue using OneStream Live.
