How to pause a subscription?
Pausing a Subscription
Subscription pause takes effect from the next billing date. If you want to put your subscription on hold with immediate effect please contact us on our live chat.
Click on the avatar on top right of the OneStream dashboard.
Click Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click GO TO BILLING.
Click on your subscription plan.
Click Pause Subscription.
Choose a desired pause period for your subscription and click Pause Subscription.
Your subscription will be paused starting from the next billing period.
Note: The subscription plan can be paused for a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 90 days. You will be switched to free plan during the pause phase of your subscription plan.
