Inviting a Guest Participant to Join the Live Session on OneStream Live Studio


  1. Click Invite Guests button on the left-hand sidebar.



  1. Copy the Invite link on the pop-up window to share with the participants.



You can also share the invite link via WhatsApp or Email.

  1. Once a participant joins, a pop-up window will appear indicating that your guest has joined the session.



  1. Click ADD TO STREAM on the left sidebar to display the participant screen on the stream.



  1. You can choose your desired layout after the participant shows up on the stream.
