Enabling Live Streaming in Webex Meetings and Events

Prerequisites

• You must have Webex Starter, Business, or Enterprise account.

Enabling Live Streaming Services

To enable live streaming for an individual user, the Webex administrator must:

• Enable live streaming services on the Webex site

• Enable live streaming for the user

Enable Live Streaming Services on the Webex site:

1. Sign in to Webex administrator account.

2. Click on Meeting under Services.

3. Select Sites and choose the Onestream site.

4. Click on Settings

5. Under Common Settings, click on Site Options.

6. Scroll Down to Live Streaming Services section, enable Other streaming services, and click on Update.

Enable Live Streaming for the User:

1. Sign in to Webex administrator account.

2. Click on Users in Management section.

3. Select the user to change the privileges.

4. Go to Meetings and select the Onestream site.

5. Scroll down and select Advanced User Settings and Tracking Codes.

6. Under User Settings, check the Enable Live Streaming box.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update.
