How to Add Custom Thumbnail to my Pre-recorded Stream?
Adding a Custom Thumbnail to a Live Stream
Click the "Create Stream" button or choose the "Pre-recorded Stream" option on your OneStream dashboard.

Upload from your computer by clicking My Device or importing videos from your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). You can also use your previously uploaded videos by clicking OneStream Storage.
Allowed video formats are mp4, mov, m4v.

After selecting your video file, enter your stream details, scroll down, and click on Upload . You can also set your thumbnail from the video file.

Crop and edit your thumbnail if needed and click Apply.

Your thumbnail will appear on your scheduled video.

Custom thumbnail works only with Facebook and YouTube. In the case of Facebook, it is only your event notification thumbnail, not the final video thumbnail. In the case of YouTube, it will also be your video thumbnail.
