How to Loop my Pre-recorded Live Stream?

The number of times a video can be looped depends on your video duration and subscription plan. For example, with a standard plan, a single stream can be max two hours long. Therefore if you upload a 20 min video, you can stream it a maximum of 6 times.

Click the "Create Stream" button or choose the "Pre-recorded Stream" option on your OneStream dashboard select Single video.

Upload from your computer by clicking My Device or importing videos from your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).

Allowed video formats are mp4, mov, m4v.

After the video is uploaded, Select the number of loops.
