How to Add Custom Thumbnail to my Pre-recorded Stream?

Adding a Custom Thumbnail to a Live Stream



Click the Create Stream button or navigate to the Pre-recorded Stream section. Then, click Add Video and select the desired stream you wish to create.



Upload from your computer by clicking My Device or importing videos from your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). You can also use your previously uploaded videos by clicking OneStream Storage.

Allowed video formats are mp4, mov, m4v.



After selecting your video file, enter your stream details, after selecting the destination, scroll down, and click on Select Thumbnail.



Click on Upload Custom Thumbnail



Crop and edit your thumbnail if needed and click Apply.



Your Custom Thumbnail will appear on your scheduled video.

After selecting your video file, enter your stream details, and after selecting the destination, scroll down, and click on Select Thumbnail.



Click on Set Thumbnail from the Video



Crop and edit your thumbnail if needed and click Apply.



Your Thumbnail from the Video will appear on your scheduled video.

Click on Set Thumbnail from Unsplash



Search for the corresponding thumbnail and click on it.



Crop and edit your thumbnail if needed and click Apply.



Your thumbnail will be applied automatically.

Custom thumbnail works only with Facebook and YouTube. In the case of Facebook, it is only your event notification thumbnail, not the final video thumbnail. In the case of YouTube, it will also be your video thumbnail.
