How to Share External Media in OneStream Live Studio?

Click the Share button in the control panel section.

Here, you will have three sharing options:

Images

Videos

Screen

Images

An image can be uploaded from device storage and it saves in the studio share Images section. Image max file size = 5MB, max resolution = 1920 x 1080p, and allowed file format = JPG/PNG/JPEG

Select the Images option.

Click on Upload from Device.

Select your desired image from your device and click Open.

Hover over the uploaded image and click on the eye icon that says Show to add it to the staging.

You can delete the uploaded image by clicking the bin icon.

Click the Add to Stream button to display the selected image on your live stream.

Videos

You can either use your already uploaded videos on OneStream Storage or upload new ones and live stream them.

Video max file size = 20MB, max resolution = 1080p and allowed file format = MP4.

OneStream Storage:

After clicking the Share button, select the Videos option.

Click OneStream Storage.

Select your desired video from the list.

Once the video is uploaded, it will be automatically added to staging. Click the Add to Stream button to display the uploaded video on your live stream.

To remove the video from staging, hover over the relevant video and click the Hide option.

Upload from Device

After clicking the Share button, select the Videos option.

Click Upload from Device

Select your desired video from your device and click Open.

Once the video is uploaded, it will be automatically added to staging. Click the Add to Stream button to display the uploaded video on your live stream.
