How to Schedule a Pre-Recorded Stream in YouTube Existing Event?

Creating a YouTube Existing Event



Visit YouTube Live Dashboard

Click on Schedule Stream.



Enter a Title and Description for you live stream. Change the category. Set privacy, thumbnail, and other settings if you wish and then click on done.



Your upcoming stream will appear under scheduled streams.



Scheduling a Pre-Recorded Stream on YouTube Existing Event through OneStream



Click the Create Stream button or choose the Pre-recorded Stream option on your OneStream dashboard.



Upload from your computer by clicking My Device or importing videos from your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). You can also use your previously uploaded videos by clicking OneStream Storage.

Allowed video formats are mp4, mov, m4v.



After selecting your video file, enter your stream details and click on the YouTube icon in the destination.



Click on Stream to Existing YouTube Event.



Select the existing YouTube event you have scheduled and if you want to replace the existing details, you can check the boxes.

After replacing existing event details, the selected event details will override the existing event details.



If you want to add a thumbnail then select the Thumbnail by Uploading a custom thumbnail or Setting the Thumbnail from the Video.



Your video will start streaming on the Existing YouTube Event.
