Reconnecting a Social Platform


You can reconnect your social platform if your live stream fails or you want to reset or update your permissions.


Steps:


  1. Log in to your OneStream Live Dashboard and click the three dots icon on the left sidebar to expand the left sidebar.



  1. Click the Social Platforms option in the Destinations section.



  1. Click the reconnect icon 🔄 beside the social platform you wish to reconnect with OneStream Live.



  1. You will be redirected to the selected social platform's login page. Enter the login credentials and click Login.



  1. Your social platform will be re-connected successfully.
