Authenticate Guests in OneStream Live Studio


  1. Start Studio session and Click Settings.



  1. Now click Guests option.



  1. Toggle on this button to for authentication. Select the desired destinations using which you want users to must verify their identity using one of the upon joining.



  1. Finally, you have set authentication for guest's identity successfully. You can confirm this by checking if the guest authentication icon has turned green.



  1. In order to turn-off the guest authentication feature, click on settings icon again then choose the guest option. From here you can turn off the toggle.



  1. Guest authentication feature has been turned off. You can confirm this by checking if the guest authentication icon has turned grey.



Note: If authentication is turned OFF then guests will just click on the link and enter the session directly.
