Resume Subscription

Subscription will be resumed **automatically **once the scheduled pause ends. However, you can also resume your subscription anytime during the pause state.

There are two methods to resume the paused subscription.

Method 1:

1. Log in to your OneStream account.

2. Click on the subscription button at the top menu bar and select Update Subscription.

3. You will be redirected to subscription plans page. Now click on Resume under your subscription.

4. The billing portal will open your subscription. Click on Resume Scheduled pause.

Method 2:

1. Click on your Avatar at the top right corner of your OneStream dashboard.

2. Select Account Settings.

3. Expand the Billing & Subscription section and click on Resume Subscription.

4. You will be redirected to subscription plans page. Now click on Resume under your subscription.

5. The billing portal will open your subscription. Click on Resume Scheduled pause.
