Why was my Credit Card Declined?
Declined Card Payment
There are many reasons why a credit card might be declined.
When charges are submitted to your bank account, banks have automated systems to determine whether to accept or reject the charge. The most common reasons can be:
Account balance
Expiration date
Card's online usage settings
Spending habits (your bank might decline based on your spending, suspecting it is fraudulent)
Make sure that your card is allowed to be used on the internet, as for some banks, this is not the default setting.
If your payment is rejected repeatedly, we recommend that you contact your bank.
