How does Facebook Display Title & Description for Live Streams?
Facebook Live Streams
When the live stream begins, the description will be displayed over the video.

Once the view is enlarged, title will be visible on the right. Description is displayed under it.

Facebook Live Notifications
When a stream is scheduled with event announcement, OneStream Live will create a live notification on Facebook according to the time selected in the event announcement.

Facebook will display the title that was provided.

If you want to add more than 1000 characters in stream description, you have to do it directly from Facebook/YouTube by editing the stream or event notification.
