How to Upgrade an Existing Subscription?
Upgrading Your Subscription Plan
Method 1
Click on the existing subscription button in the header and then click on Update Subscription from the drop-down.
Explore the available plans (Monthly & Yearly) here. Select the desired plan to upgrade to and click the Select button.
Confirm upgrade by clicking on Proceed, you may add a coupon if have any and click Apply in that case.
A pop-up will confirm the upgrade. Click on OK to continue using OneStream Live.
Method 2
Click on your profile avatar from the top right, then click on Account Settings.
Click on Billing & Subscription and then click on Change Subscription.
Here you can see all available (Monthly & Yearly) plans. Choose the plan you wish to upgrade and click the Select button.
Confirm upgrade by clicking on Proceed, you may add a coupon if have any and click Apply in that case.
A pop-up will confirm the upgrade. Click on OK to continue using OneStream Live.
If an existing subscription is upgraded or downgraded, the price difference between the previous and the current subscription will be automatically adjusted, and only the remaining amount will be credited/deducted. The credited amount is not refunded but rather used in your next month's invoice.
