How to Upgrade an Existing Subscription?

Upgrading Your Subscription Plan

Method 1:

Once you are logged in to your account

Here, you can see your chosen subscription plan; click on the Subscription you are currently on and select Update subscription.

Click on Select for the plan you wish to upgrade on.

You can click on Proceed.

Once the subscription is updated you can view head back to the dashboard by clicking on OK

Method 2:

Click on the top right icon and select Account Settings

Select Billing & Subscription and click on Change Subscription

Click on Select for the plan you wish to upgrade on.

You can click on Proceed.

Once the subscription is updated you can view head back to the dashboard by clicking on OK

If an existing subscription is upgraded or downgraded, the price difference between the previous and the current subscription will be automatically adjusted, and only the remaining amount will be credited/deducted. The credited amount is not refunded but rather used in your next month's invoice.
