Turning off the Biometric login for the OneStream Live Mobile App


  1. Log in to the OneStream Live mobile app and tap on the three-bar button on the top left corner in the app.



  1. Scroll down and tap on the Account Settings.



  1. Turn off the toggle for the Biometric and it will unregister the Biometric on OneStream Live mobile app.



OneStream iOS and Android app is available on App Store and Google Play Store respectively. You can download it from there.
