How to Purchase a Subscription?

Purchasing a OneStream Live Subscription

Click on Free plan in the webapp header and then click on Update Subscription in the drop-down menu.

Click the Select button for the subscription plan you want. You can choose from Basic, Standard, and Professional plans.

You can turn the toggle to the type of subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly) you want to choose, and the prices will change accordingly.

If an existing subscription is upgraded or downgraded, the price difference between the previous and the current subscription will be automatically adjusted, and only the remaining amount will be credited/deducted. Credited amount is not refunded, rather used in your next month's invoice.

Now, you can choose your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Google Pay).

There are three payment options to purchase OneStream subscriptions: 1. PayPal, 2. Google Play and 3. Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express are supported). Please make sure your card is enabled for online usage. No other payment options are supported at the moment.

Select mode of payment, add the details, click Pay & Subscribe.

Once the payment is finalized, your subscription is successfully set.

Click on Go to Dashboard to start streaming. To view your invoice, click on Download invoice and download it.
