How to Log In to OneStream Live Mobile app with Biometric?
Registering Biometric for Login on OneStream LIVE Mobile app
For security purposes, biometric login is restricted to one account per device. If you have more than one OneStream Live account, you will only be able to configure biometric login on one account on one device at a time.
You must Register your OneStream Live account before log in to OneStream Live mobile app using Biometric.
Log in to OneStream Live using Mobile app by providing your email and password.
OneStream Live app will first detect if the Biometric sensor is enabled on the device and will ask to register it. You can tap on the Turn on Biometrics or Enable Face ID based on your device.
After successfully registering the Biometric, following notification will be shown.
Open OneStream Live mobile app and Biometric icon for Finger Print and Face ID will be shown. Tap that and the relevant pop up will be shown for logging in.
