Why Social Platform is Locked after Downgrading the Subscription Plan?

When you downgrade your subscription, the social platforms exceeding the maximum allowed connected social platforms limit will be locked automatically.

This is how the locked social platform will appear:

Oldest Connected Social Platforms are Locked First

You cannot schedule a live stream on a locked social platform. The system will automatically lock the social platform(s) that exceed the current subscription's limit. If you want to use a locked account, you first need to disconnect an existing connected account, then disconnect the locked social platform and connect it again.

Social platforms are locked, starting from the oldest connected social platform.

Example: if you have 15 social platforms connected and then downgrade to the Basic plan, which allows a maximum of 5 social platforms, 10 of your oldest connected social platforms will be locked. The most recently connected 5 social platforms will remain unlocked.

Disconnect

If you no longer need the locked social platform, disconnect it from your OneStream Live account. If you disconnect a social platform, any live stream(s) scheduled on that will also be deleted.

Upgrade

You can unlock your locked social platforms by upgrading your subscription plan.
