What is OneStream's refund policy?
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription.
We do not provide credit(for downgraded subscriptions), refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled after the billing period has started for monthly or yearly subscriptions. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
We only consider providing refunds in case the service fails to work for you because of problems on our end. To request a refund, you must send an email to care@onestream.live with your OneStream login email address and reason for refund. Every case will be handled separately, and OneStream reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other considerations in select circumstances at its sole discretion.
In case of yearly subscriptions, a refund would not be provided for the remaining months if you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
Please note that each case is unique, and the decision to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
