How to Reconnect a Social Destination?

You can reconnect your social destination if your live stream fails or you want to reset or update your permissions.

Log in to your OneStream Dashboard and click the three dots icon on the left hand sidebar to expand the left-hand sidebar.

Click on the Destinations option.

Click the reconnect icon 🔄 beside the social destination you wish to reconnect with OneStream Live.

You will be redirected to the selected social destination's login page. Enter the login credentials and click Login.

Your social destination will be re-connected successfully.
