Customizing the Appearance of the Universal Embed Chat
On the Home page, locate the Universal Embed Settings button and click on it.
From the dropdown menu, choose Embed Universal Chat to proceed with customizing the chat box.
Scroll down to the Appearance section. Here, you can make modifications to the font style, chatbox background, comments background, and text color. Finally, ensure that you save the changes by clicking the Apply Settings button.
