How to configure PhoneLiveStreaming with OneStream?
Connecting PhoneLiveStreaming to OneStream
Go to OneStream dashboard.
Click Account > Add Account on the left sidebar. Click PhoneLiveStreaming button.
Enter Social Account Name.
Enter verified Phone Number.
Enter Admin Pin.
Hit Connect to OneStream button.
Upload the video, set time & date, choose PhoneLiveStreaming social account and click Schedule button.
On PhoneLiveStreaming App, the elected caller will receive a call once the stream goes live.
On PhoneLiveStreaming dashboard click STATS (Call Log) section it will show 1 once you receive the call of live stream.
Make sure on PhoneLiveStreaming dashboard in the Live Notification section, Live Notifications toggle is turned on.
There are limited number of unique callers per month according the your subscription package and PhoneLiveStreaming sends out limited number of calls at certain period of time according to your subscription package so make sure your subscribers have enabled the Live Notifications as by default the Live Notification are turned off.
