OneStream Live allows you to import videos from Frame.io using either the legacy Frame.io V2 connection or the newer Frame.io V4 connection.

In the Import Videos from Cloud Storage section, click Frame.io.

Sign in to connect your Frame.io account using the legacy authentication method.
If Files or Projects Are Not Showing
This may happen because:

Your Frame.io account was previously migrated to Adobe, and the legacy connection is no longer supported.

You do not have access to any Frame.io projects.

Your authentication token has expired.
Frame.io** V4 (Adobe ID Login)**

In the Import Videos from Cloud Storage section, click Frame.io** V4**.

Go to your Frame.io account and click your Profile.

Select Settings.

Sign in to Frame.io using your Adobe account.

Make sure your Frame.io email address matches your Adobe account email address.

Click Continue.

Enter your Adobe password and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Adobe ID with Frame.io.
