The Pin Comment feature in OneStream Studio allows you to highlight important messages from your audience during a live stream. By pinning a comment, you can keep selected messages visible and easily accessible, making it easier for viewers to notice important announcements, questions, feedback, or interactions while the stream is ongoing.
To pin a comment during a live stream in OneStream Live Studio, follow these steps:

- Click the Live Chat button in the right sidebar during your live stream.
- Click Connect Chat to enable chat messages.

Comments from connected social platforms will start appearing.

Hover over a comment and click the Pin icon to pin it.
- Pinned comments will appear in the Pinned tab of Live Chat.
Pinning comments is available in Stream Chat but is not currently supported in Private Chat.
OneStream Studio Chat is available for Facebook Pages, Profiles, Kick, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
