OneStream Live Studio allows hosts to ban guests from joining a session, helping maintain a secure and controlled broadcasting environment by preventing unauthorized or disruptive participants from re-entering.
The Ban option is available only for Guest attendees. Hosts, Co-hosts, and Admins cannot be banned.
To ban guests in OneStream Live Studio, follow these steps:

- To ban guests, you must first create a Studio session.
- Invite attendees and add them to your Studio session.
- Once the guest joins, click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to their name.

- From the drop-down menu, select Ban Attendee.
- Click Ban Attendee and Secure Studio again to confirm the action.

The selected guest will be removed from the session and prevented from rejoining using the same invitation link.
