How to Send a Live Stream from Zoom to OneStream?

To send a live stream from Zoom to OneStream Live, follow these steps.

Prerequisites

  • Download Zoom on your device.

  • Use a Zoom Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account.

  • Enable the Custom Live Streaming Service option in Zoom settings.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.

  • Scroll to the In Meeting (Advanced) section.

    • Enable the Allow Live Streaming Meetings toggle.

    • Select the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to activate it.

For Page URL, enter the link to your streaming destination, such as YouTube, Facebook, or any platform where you want to go live.

Connect Zoom to OneStream Live for Live Streaming

  • Open the OneStream Live dashboard.

  • From your dashboard, click Encoder Streaming.

Select Encoder Streaming.

  • Copy the Server URL & Stream Key from the OneStream Live Dashboard.

  • Start the meeting in the Zoom desktop app.

  • Click More → Livestream.

  • From Livestream → Live on Custom Live Streaming Service.

  • Paste it in Custom Configure Streaming Service.

  • Click Go Live!.

  • Zoom will start streaming to OneStream Live.
