How to Import Video Files from Google Drive?

To import video files from Google Drive, follow these steps:

Copy the Google Drive Video Link

  • Open Google Drive and locate the video you want to import.

  • Click the three-dot menu () next to the video.

  • Select Share.

  • In the sharing settings, click Share again if prompted.

  • Change the access setting to Anyone with the link.

  • Click Copy Link.

Ensure that video sharing access is set to Anyone with the Link.

Import the Video into OneStream Live

  • Log in to your OneStream Live dashboard.

  • From the left-side bar, click My Content.

  • Click Upload, then select Videos from the dropdown menu.

  • Click Add Videos and Hover over Cloud Storage.

Cloud Storage

  • Select Google Drive from the pop-up menu.

  • Paste the public Google Drive link into the provided field.
