To import video files from Google Drive, follow these steps:

Copy the Google Drive Video Link

Open Google Drive and locate the video you want to import.

Click the three-dot menu () next to the video.

Select Share.

In the sharing settings, click Share again if prompted.

Change the access setting to Anyone with the link.

Click Copy Link.
Ensure that video sharing access is set to Anyone with the Link.
Import the Video into OneStream Live

Log in to your OneStream Live dashboard.

From the left-side bar, click My Content.
- Click Upload, then select Videos from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Videos and Hover over Cloud Storage.
- Select Google Drive from the pop-up menu.
- Paste the public Google Drive link into the provided field.

- The video is uploaded successfully. You can now schedule a pre-recorded stream or go live in Real time.
