To invite attendees to your Studio session, follow these steps:

- To invite attendees, you must first create a Studio session.
- Click Invite Attendees.
- Click Copy to copy the guest invitation link, or send the invitation directly using the available sharing options.
- Once your guest arrives, click Admit or select the checkmark next to their name.
- Your guest is now ready to collaborate with you in OneStream Live Studio.
For example, in the Enterprise plan, up to 16 attendees are allowed per session, excluding the host—so the total capacity is 16 attendees + 1 host = 17 participants.
