How to Change a Video in a Scheduled Stream?

With OneStream Live, you can easily replace the video in a scheduled stream without creating a new broadcast or changing the schedule. Update your content anytime by swapping the existing video with a new one while keeping your stream settings, timing, and scheduled broadcast intact.

Change Video

To change a video in your scheduled stream, follow these steps:

Steps:

  • From your dashboard, click Streams.

  • Click the three dots and select Edit.

  • Click the bin icon to delete the video.

  • Click Add Videos and select a video from:

    • Device (upload from computer)

    • OSL Storage (your OneStream library)

    • Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Edit the social destinations and click Continue.

  • Edit the stream details and click Continue.

  • Edit the broadcast details and click Schedule Broadcast.

Once updated, your scheduled stream will automatically use the new video for the upcoming broadcast.
